[Published on: Jul 28, 2014] Everyday people see lots of interesting stuff such as music, movies and TV items on various pages but due to the lack of time they move away and think that I will see it later and at the later time, feel difficulty to find them again. So, to overcome this inconvenience, Facebook has launched a new feature called “SAVE” specially to bookmark links from News Feed and pages.
So, any interesting material on Facebook that you miss due to lack of time can be stored in the ‘Save’ wallet to see them later. You can save items like links, places, movies, TV and music.
This Save feature behaves like a private wallet because only you can see the material inside it until you share the items with your friends.
“You can view the items you saved at any time by going to your saved items in the “More” tab on mobile or by clicking the link on the left hand side of Facebook on the web” Daniel Giambalvo, Software Engineer at Facebook, wrote in a blog post.
The saved items list is organised by category and users can swipe right on each item to share it with their friends or move it into the archive list.

Facebook will sometimes show you reminders of your saved items in News Feed. For example, Facebook might show you links to articles you saved.
According to the relevant blog post on Facebook Newsroom, this Save feature will be available to everyone on iOS, Android and web.
