However, Gmail is very popular email service but still there are many people who don’t know how to create an email signature in Gmail to be appended at the end of every email automatically without doing it manually on each mail. Creating an email signature in Gmail is really very easy task that you can do in less than 5 minutes. Look at the following steps for creating your Gmail signature.
Step #1: First of all, sign in to your Gmail account and click on the drop down gear icon at the left side of screen and select Settings.
Step #2: Now, you’ll be redirected to the General Settings of Gmail. Just scroll down the page and find the Signature option. Here, in the box, type your email signature text and other details you wanna give. (Take help from following screenshot)
Step #3: Finally, after adding and designing your signature, scroll the page to bottom and save changes. Here’s how does it look in emails.
