As of mine, you also would be interested in making instantaneous GIFs through your smartphone camera but I think a very few smartphones have this feature. I own Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Android phone and it also doesn’t have feature like that but still I’m making GIFs of the things I see on the go with the help of built in camera of my smartphone.
Would you like to know how? I think you’re also thinking what I going to tell you. In fact, I’m using an Android app to make GIFs through my Android phone camera.
Keep calm and wait! I will tell you everything about that app and the working procedure.
Here’s How I Make GIFs from My Android Phone Camera
As I told you that I use Android app for making instantaneous GIFs anywhere on the go through my Android phone’s camera, so let me explain everything carefully.
The app I use for making GIFs on with my Android phone’s camera is known as
GIF Camera [Update: This app is no more available on Play Store].
GIF Camera app is the easiest way to capture the animated photographs via your mobile camera. All you need to do is install the app from Google play by following the above link and start making GIFs on the go.
After installing the app, open it in your Android phone. Here, you will see four options like the following picture –
Make GIF: As soon as you will tap on it, camera will start capturing GIF of subject.
Funny GIFs: Collection of Funny GIFs.
From Local: You can select the pictures and arrange them into frames to make GIFs.
GIF Album: Your created GIFs will save here.
Moreover, you would be feeling the length of your created GIF very short, so you can make it long by changing the settings. For this, tap on the menu button, choose Settings and increase the frame length according to your need.
Note: Too many frames may cause the camera crash and file will be too large.
Some Alternatives to GIF Camera Android App
If you didn’t like the app discussed above, you should check the following apps too. May be any of the following suit your need…
Unlike the above mentioned GIF Camera app, this GIF Maker has many more setting to be confgured while shooting a GIF such as Camera Flash on/off, width and length, high resolution continuous shooting and more. This app is available in 24 different languages including English and Hindi.
Camera Gif Creator allows you to create animated images (GIF) using the camera or pictures you already have on your mobile.
So, these are the best Android apps I found on Google Play for creating continuous GIFs though your mobile’s built in camera as well as pictures saved in your smartphone.
