A few days ago, I created my MailChimp account for newsletter service and integrated the newsletter app to the official Facebook page of All Useful Info. How to Remove an App from Facebook Page
On your Facebook, there is also a widget for Apps and the number of apps you’ve added to your page would be listed there.
Immediate log in to your Facebook account and open your Facebook page from where you wanna remove the app. Now, on your Facebook page, navigate to Settings > Apps and finally click on the Remove button.
As soon as you will click on the Remove button, the app will be deleted from your page. I hope, you will find this quick tip helpful for removing an app from Facebook page.
