A few days ago, I wrote an article about how to delete Google Plus page without deleting your main Google account. But, if you sold out your website and the website’s official Google Plus page has lots of followers, rather than deleting the page you can transfer the ownership of the page. Yeah guys, it’s very simple task. In this post, I will guide you how to transfer the ownership of your Google Plus page without any danger.
To transfer the ownership of your Google+ page, primarily you will have to send invitation (with the request to become a manager of the page) to the person whom you’re going to assign your Google Plus page. Don’t worry, everything is automatic, you never need to worry about how to send invitation or request to become manager. The following steps will guide you for everything.
Once that person will accept the invitation, he/she will be the manager of the Google Plus page whom ownership you’re going to transfer. Here’s one condition that says “that person must be a manager for 1 day before becoming the owner”. So, you’ll have to wait for at least one day, and after that you will be able to transfer the ownership of your G+ page.

Here’re the Steps to Transfer the Ownership of Google+ Page
Log in to your Google Plus page and move cursor to dropdown Home button and then choose Pages option, as shown in the following screenshot.
Now, you will see Google Plus pages you manage. Here you will have to click on Manage this page button just below the page whose ownership you wanna transfer. In the next screen you will see a dropdown Settings or Gear icon. Click on it and choose Settings.
Now, on the Settings page move on to the Managers tab and click on Add manaAnd gers button and then enter the name or email address of the person whom you want to invite to become a manager of your page. finally send invitation by clicking on Invite button.
Once that person accept the invitation, he/she will be the manager of your page and will start showing in your page managers.
Now, you made that person the manager of your Google Plus page and it’s the time to make him/her owner of that Google Plus page. But, for this you will have to wait for at least 1 day, as I already told you about the condition which says – “that person must be a manager for 1 day before becoming the owner”.
So, as soon as you will click on dropdown Manager button, it will say you about the same condition, as shown in following picture.
So, visit this page again after 1 or 2 days and again click on this dropdown Manager button. Now you will see the option to transfer the ownership, as shown in the following picture.

After this a confirmation popup box will open that says the following:
The owner is the only manager who can perform some tasks for a page, such as deleting the page. Once you transfer ownership you will remain a manager of this page, but you won’t be able to perform tasks that only the new owner can perform.
So, if you’re okay with this statement then click on OK to transfer the ownership. As soon as you will click on OK, that person will be instantly the owner of your page, and you will just remain a manager of that page.
1 day is completed but still there is no link to transfer ownership.
