Gmail is an electronic mail (email) service provided by Google. There are many email services like Hotmail and Yahoo mail in which Gmail is one of the most popular email services all over the world. Every day a great number of new users are joining Gmail for emailing purposes. New users of Gmail don’t know its full features of it.
Whenever I was new to Gmail, tolerating the problem of the huge amount of messages in my Gmail inbox. The worst thing was that I didn’t know to delete multiple messages at once. So, I had to delete emails one by one and will be impossible to delete all (approx 3,000) messages like that. Therefore, I shared this problem with one of my friends and got the solution. He told me to delete all emails at once.
And finally, I found the option to delete multiple Read/Unread Gmail messages at once in Gmail. The complete procedure to delete multiple read or unread emails at once is given below:
- Open your Gmail account.
- Now, View the following image to know what to do next.
- If you want to delete all messages on the current page, select All or select Read and Unread to delete all read and unread emails as shown in the above picture.
- After selecting all emails, click on the Delete button. 50 messages will be deleted after clicking. To delete all messages in your inbox, click on the link under the red curved rectangle as shown in the above picture.
- Simply, Click on the Delete button and all the messages in your inbox will be deleted.
