It’s truly very easy to add or remove card details on any online shopping website but sometimes for new users, the process might be a bit difficult. Let me guide you on how to delete your credit or debit card details from Amazon.
First of all, open Amazon in your browser and Sing into your account. Once you’re signed in to your account, navigate to Your Orders at the top right side of the screen and click on Your Account from the dropdown.
Now, in the Your Account section of Amazon, you’ll see many options such as Your Orders, Your Addresses, Payment Options, Amazon Pay Balance, etc. Here you need to click on the Payment Options button.
As soon as you click on this Payment Options button, your Amazon Wallet will open where you can manage your payment methods. If your credit or debit card is linked with Amazon, you can see it here. To remove your card from Amazon, you need to click on the drop-down arrow button on the right side of your card and then click on the Delete button.
As you click on the Delete button, Amazon will ask you to confirm this action by clicking on the Confirm Delete button in a popup and your credit or debit card will be deleted from Amazon completely.
Amazon also assures you that you can freely anytime delete or add payment options or cards to your Amazon wallet as it will not affect any of your open or upcoming orders.
