STEP #1: Visit Thememypc.com and search for Yosemite Transformation Pack 1.0 or directly click on this link.

STEP #2: Here, you’ve to download Yosemite Transformation Pack 1.0. To do so, move down and click on the Download link named “Download Yosemite Transformation Pack (YTP) v1.0” as shown in the following picture.
