Connect GMass to Gmail

Generally, most of us use Gmail to send and receive a limited number of emails. Actually, there’s a limit to sending emails in Gmail as well as G Suite (formally known as Google Apps).

If you have a regular Gmail account, you can send emails to 500 recipients per rolling 24 hours, and with a G Suite account, you can send emails to up to 2,000 recipients per rolling 24 hours.

I guess, it’s enough amount of the emails we generally need to send but in case you’re not willing to spend on email marketing and wanna send personalized mass emails in Gmail by breaking its limits, it can also be possible.

Yes, there’s a tool called GMass that has many features such as mail merge, send or schedule personalized mass emails (up to 10,000 recipients at once) in Gmail for absolutely free of cost, and more. Let me tell you how you can use GMass to send large email campaigns through your Gmail inbox.

Finally, to send the email to all recipients at once, just hit the GMass button as shown in the above picture.

So, that’s all about sending mass emails in Gmail using GMass and the best part of this tool is that it breaks Gmail’s sending limit without violating it.

How does it happen?

Actually, when you send an email to 10,000 recipients at once, the GMass will auto-send them over multiple days so you don’t violate Gmail’s limits.

For example, if you have a Google Sheets spreadsheet with 8,000 addresses, and you’re sending from a G Suite account, when you hit the GMass button, 2,000 emails will be sent immediately, another 2,000 will be sent 24 hours from then, another 2,000 48 hours from then, and the final 2,000 72 hours from then.
