In simple words, Web Property means the account of your website on Google Analytics to track the stats. Many times it happens that we shut down or sell any of our websites, so there is also a need to delete the web property of that site from Google Analytics. Or for any reason, if you want to delete any web property from your Google Analytics account, then this article will help you in this regard.
A few days ago, I closed one of my blogs Go Blogging and that’s why I removed its web property from my Google Analytics account. This article explains with the help of screenshots, how exactly I deleted the web property of my blog’s account from my Google Analytics account.
Here’s How to Delete Web Property from Google Analytics
Visit Google Analytics and log in with your correct Google account credentials. After login, click on Admin on the navigation bar.
Now, here select the web property you wanna delete from the dropdown menu from the Account section, and in the Property section click on Property Settings.
Now, in the property settings click on Move to Trash Can button to delete the Google Analytics web property.
After clicking on this Move to Trash Can button, it will again ask you for sure. So, finally, click on the Trash Property button.

That’s all. By following the above steps you can delete a web property from your Google Analytics account. Anytime, if you don’t even need a web account on your Google Analytics account, then you can also trash it from Admin > Account Settings. Deleting its whole web account will automatically delete its property from Google Analytics.
