As you would know plugins are used for providing additional functionalities and features to your WordPress site, so for creating the scrollable menu with a logo, there is also a plugin you can use.
The plugin is the Sticky Notification Bar. You need to install and activate this plugin on your WordPress site and with a few settings you can make your logo scrollable with users.
To install this plugin, navigate to Plugins > Add New and search for “sticky notification bar” in your WordPress dashboard. Or you can directly download the plugin from the WordPress plugin’s Repository and then upload to your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, click on the Sticky Notification Bar option to set a sticky menu and logo on your site.
It comes with three types of settings: General Settings, Social Network Settings, and Display Settings. And all of them are very easy to set up.
In General Settings, you need to select the position of the bar, display mode, bar distance to stick, and color of the bar just like the following picture.
Social Network settings are easier. Just need to enter your social network links (only if you want to display social profiles on sticky bar).
And in the Display Settings, you’ll have to choose what you want to display on the bar such as your logo, navigation menu or any text message.
